What CertCoach is

CertCoach is an independent AI-powered study companion for the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (SAA-C03) exam. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services or Amazon.com, Inc. “AWS”, “Amazon Web Services”, and related marks belong to Amazon.

No guarantee of passing

CertCoach helps you study but does not guarantee a passing exam result. Mock-exam scores are estimates. Verify any technical answer against the official AWS documentation before relying on it.

AI-generated content

Some explanations and chat replies are generated by large language models and may contain errors. Every answer ships with a link to the primary AWS source. If you spot an issue, use the “Report this question” link so we can review it.

Plans & payment

• CertCoach Pass — a one-time payment unlocks 12 months of access to all question banks, mock exams, and flashcards, and 90 days of unlimited AI tutoring (a fair-use daily limit applies to guard against automated abuse). Access lapses automatically; no auto-renewal. A 7-day full-refund promise applies — see the Refund Policy.
• Monthly (legacy) — no longer offered to new customers. Existing subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime in your account. No refunds for partial months.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner (currently Dodo Payments). Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t scrape questions, share account credentials, attempt to subvert rate limits, or use CertCoach to generate content that violates the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Termination & deletion

You can delete your account at any time from /account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

Limitation of liability

CertCoach is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to your account address. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
