CertCoach Pass (one-time payment)

The CertCoach Pass is a single payment that unlocks 12 months of access to all question banks, mock exams, and flashcards, plus 90 days of unlimited AI tutoring. There is no auto-renewal — access lapses automatically and there is nothing to cancel.

7-day refund promise: if the Pass didn’t help you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are considered case-by-case (e.g., billing errors or substantial service unavailability on our end).

Monthly subscription (legacy)

The Monthly plan is no longer offered to new customers. Existing subscribers keep their plan and can cancel at any time from /account — access continues until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed thereafter. We do not issue partial-month refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card network — in most cases we can resolve the issue faster directly.

How to request a refund

Email hello@certcoach.in from the address on your CertCoach account, including the date and amount of the charge. We respond within 3 business days.
